2M-313 is Cupro Nickel

Based on what I noticed with the 1979 Maui Coin Club Medals, Medcalf & Russell may have incorrectly identified the medal as aluminum for 2M-313. Why? I have a cupro nickel version of the medal in my collection

The cupro nickel is on the left and the silver is on the right.

2M-314 in Manufacturer Holder

A cool item in my collection is a 1980 Maui Coin Club medal in its original manufacturer holder – Pressed Metal Products. Yes, it’s a Canadian struck medal. See Medcalf & Russell book on page 120. Items in their original holder command a premium by specialists.
